Most Jolinote pieces are hand-made in small batches, just for you. Jolinote is a humble team of one, but work to provide the fastest shipping times possible for your orders.

Jolinote is run by a humble team of one, but I do the best I can to ensure your orders are packed and shipped in good time. Please expect 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled. You will receive an email once it is on your way!
Domestic (USA) Shipping
Lightweight - (Free to $1.54) - Packages under 3oz will be shipped with stamps to save on your shipping cost. Please allow 1-7 business days from fulfillment for your package to arrive.
Standard - ($6.99) - Please allow 3-9 business days from fulfillment for your package to arrive.
Standard Heavy Weight - ($11.99) - Please allow 3-9 business days from fulfillment for your package to arrive.
International Shipping
Lightweight - ($1.00-4.44) - Packages under 3oz will be shipped with stamps to save on your shipping cost. Please allow 1-4 weeks from fulfillment for your package to arrive.
USPS First-Class Package International - ($30.00) - Please allow 1-4 weeks from fulfillment for your package to arrive. Note there may be customs fees in addition.
USPS Priority Mail International - ($68.00) - Please allow 1-4 weeks from fulfillment for your package to arrive. Note there may be customs fees in addition.
Returns
If you don't feel like you got your money's worth in quality, quantity, or creative possibilities, contact us within 30 days. You can return it to us for a full refund - no questions asked. All we ask is that you cover the cost of return shipping (usually $6 or less).

We want you to feel genuinely excited about your purchase—not second-guessing it. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations in terms of quality, quantity, or the creative possibilities you had in mind, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to reach out to us. If something feels off, you can return your items for a full refund on the cost of the product. We trust you to know what feels worth it to you.
To start a return, simply contact us within that 30-day window and we’ll guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, you’ll send the item back to us and we’ll issue a full refund as soon as it’s received.
The only thing we ask is that you cover the cost of return shipping, which is typically $6 or less depending on your location. We don’t charge any restocking fees or hidden costs.
